"Please avoid using State Farm, my insurance has gone up $100+ a MONTH just because everyone in Ny is having a increase, now facing another $10 increase this month. Do not sign up for drive safe and save you will also end up loosing out!"
"I’m sorry to hear about your increase, but as you stated and know, everybody has experienced an increase as this has been the trend for the last two years as a result of numerous factors. This is not a State Farm or even a NY thing, it’s an industry and country wide thing. I’m just a little confused as to why you would give my office a 1 Star rating? I would love for you to either give me a call or stop by so that you can share your experience. I can use these situations as coaching opportunities to help my team take better care of our customers. But again if your only issue was the fact that your insurance went up then I’m okay with that given that we don’t have a say in that part of the business. The fact that you had Drive Safe and Save is proof enough for me that we did everything we could to help offset the increases.
